Stalwart has incorporated the following protocol in its training to address a bomb threat scenario. Our trainers equip the clients with this powerful evacuation protocol to instantaneously execute the same.

  1. Golden Rule 1 – Stay Calm:
  • The recipient of the message should remain calm and collected. One should not panic or create unnecessary chaos.
  • Inform the SPOC/ manager/control room.
  • Stop entry/exit from the apartment with immediate effect.
  1. Evacuate Immediately:
  • Prioritize the safety of residents and evacuate the building immediately.
  • Use fire alarms or any other available means to alert residents to evacuate.
  • Encourage residents to leave all personal belongings behind and move to a safe distance from the building.
  1. Do Not Use Elevators:

Residents should not avoid elevators for evacuation as they may malfunction during an emergency.

  1. Assemble at a Safe Location:

Designate a predetermined assembly point at a safe distance from the building and ensure that everyone is accounted for at the assembly point.

  1. Contact Emergency Services:

Call the local emergency services such as the police and the fire services, and inform them of the threat.

Provide as much information as possible, including the location, nature of the threat, and any other relevant details.

  1. Do Not Investigate:

Do not attempt to investigate or handle the situation on your own. Leave that to the professionals.

  1. Follow Authorities’ Instructions:

Cooperate fully with law enforcement and emergency services upon their arrival.

Follow their instructions carefully and avoid any actions that could hinder their response.

  1. Communicate with Residents:

Keep the residents informed about the situation and provide updates as soon as you receive information from the authorities.

  1. Document the Threat:

Document any details you may have regarding the threat, including the time it was received, the method of communication, and any specifics mentioned.

  1. Work with Authorities:

Provide any assistance or information that is requested by the law enforcement agencies during their investigation. Remember, it’s crucial to rely on trained professionals in emergency situations and to follow the guidance of local authorities to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
