Founder & Chairman

A post graduate in Monetary Economics and an established Banking professional, it took a leap of faith for him after 26 years of a successful career to start a company of his own in a different area of expertise. But he had a clear vision right from the beginning that he wanted to build a values-based business that focuses on putting the customer first and delivers premium services at affordable cost. Started in a one-room office in the year 1991, today Stalwart has PAN India presence with an employee force of over 9000 serving over 900 institutional clients. A K Shekar is also the Founder Trustee of Karen Nivedita Foundation and a Rotarian of two decades and contributes a large part of his income to corporate social responsibility initiatives and community building.

CHRISTOPHER ARVINTH

As the CEO and Managing Director, Christopher’s vision for Stalwart has been to build a nationally respected organization that provides best-in-class people and technology solutionsth rough an environment of fairness, integrity and courtesy towards all stakeholders. A post graduate in Business Administration and a certified Sales professional, Christopher joined Stalwart in 2003 after working with Wipro for a few years. He has since led all facets of Stalwart’s business through its most challenging times. The company has seen its highest growth under his leadership as he continues to expand his vision and explore new opportunities. As the National President of Round Table India and a member of several social NGOs, Christopher is an electrifying public speaker and is passionate about community service.

CAROLINE MENDEZ

COO & Executive Director

With two decades of experience in managing large-scale projects for multi-national companies such as Tesco, McAfee and Sapient, Caroline is someone who excels at execution. At Stalwart, she enjoys the challenge of rising up to meet customer expectations while remaining anchored to the people who make it happen. Armed with a post graduation in business administration from country’s premier institute and a gamut of skills acquired in her vastly successful corporate career, Caroline leads operations at Stalwart and has played a vital role in helping us gain the reputation of being a consistent, quality conscious and employee friendly organisation.

D. MARY PUSHPAM

Vice Chairman

With a Masters in Economics and a successful career spanning two decades in the Banking industry, Mary Pushpam joined Stalwart as a Director to support the leadership needs of a growing organisation and took on the role of Head of Accounting and Human Resources. She believes in leading by example and her efforts have been especially notable in the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives that Stalwart has undertaken.

Major. Thambuswamy joined Stalwart after serving in the Indian Army for 36 illustrious years where he specialised in the areas of Security and Safety, Risk Assessment, Disaster Relief, Bomb Detection, VVIP escorts and Anti-terrorism procedures and was awarded the “Chief of Army Staff Commendation” as a recognition of his work. With his deep expertise in the field of safety and security, he has been making significant contributions towards Training and Development, Operations and Management of the organization in a key leadership role.

PRAHLAD KEDIA

Director

A Graduate from St Xaviers College, Kolkata with over 18 years work experience in different fields, Prahlad Kedia is a passionate social worker and a successful entrepreneur. With expertise in running businesses in manufacturing, pharmaceutical and construction sector, PK as he likes to be called, brings to Stalwart an intimate understanding of the Indian consumer market and a diverse network of contacts. As Regional Director at Stalwart, he has helped build connections with Government agencies and multinational companies and explore overseas business opportunities. Having been part of the Round Table organization for the past eight years, PK is actively involved in community service projects related to children’s education.

Dr. MINI VASUDEVAN

Director

An engineer by profession who has served over 27 years in the corporate telecommunications sector, Dr. Mini Vasudevan is a passionate animal activist who felt connected to animals right from childhood. She is the founder and Managing Trustee of Humane Animal Society and was awarded the Nari Shakti Puraskar, the highest civilian honor for women in India given by the Ministry of Women and Child Development at Delhi as recognition for her work. Mini has a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and is also a recognized inventor with several patents to her credit in the field of Wireless Telecommunication Engineering.

CAPT (Retd) SHASHIDHRAN

Capt. Shashidharan is an ex-Armed forces officer and a seasoned professional with over twenty years experience in the domains of Corporate Security, Risk Management and Facilities Management. Having done his Masters in Psychology and Human Resources Management, he has worked in senior roles at reputed companies such as VFS Global, Nokia Siemens, Wipro and Essar Steels. He is also a certified Life Coach and a Business Continuity expert.

Dr. AJMAL DASTAGIR

Director

Dr. Ajmal is a well renowned investment banker and a philanthropic speaker across Asia Pacific. A PhD from the West Coast University USA and alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur, Dr. Ajmal has held several senior positions in multinational banks such as HSBC, Citibank and Kotak in the capacity of Vice President. He works closely with the Board of Directors and his strong understanding of regulatory compliance ensures that strategies, plans and budgets of different verticals of business operate within the governance, risk appetite, regulatory constraints and applicable laws. He is one of the youngest Indians to receive a doctorate in the field of Investment Banking.

Murali began his career as a Security Guard in 1989, and has risen up the ranks through sheer hard work and perseverance; he now leads our Business Operations across multiple regions and is a Leader who is known for his consistency and reliability. His in-depth knowledge of the Security industry makes him an irreplaceable asset.

VINOD MISHRA

Regional Director

Bringing on board 26 years of rich experience in the service industry spanning Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Planning and Operations, Vinod successfully manages our business operations across North India. In his role, he is responsible for service delivery, process standardization, staffing, logistics and profitability of operations. Vinod holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Osmania University.
